SuperCoach international wants all our customers to be completely satisfied. Please, study our WEB site to understand what you expect from our tennis ball machine. You can request additional information, such as the manual. We are available personally to completely explain its features and capabilities. In the unlikely event you want to return the machine the following terms apply.

  1. You have to return the SuperCoach within 7 days after receipt.
  2. You must receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    Call 408-660-1173, or send e-mail to info@tennismachine.com listing all items you are dissatisfied about.
  3. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or crate
  4. Please write the RMA number on the label used for the return.
  5. SuperCoach must be returned in its original packaging that is in our shipping crate.
  6. Return with the original packing slip.
  7. The return must be complete and include all accessories (remote control, Control Panel, cords, etc.)
  8. Enclose all documentation, such as the manual.
  9. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  10. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
